The UK-wide sale-and-supply order on puberty blockers applies in Wales — Medical Restricted, same instrument as the United Kingdom parent, not a separate Welsh medical statute and not a legislative ban. This card also records the Curriculum for Wales Relationships and Sexuality Education Code. It is not England’s RSHE guidance.

The Curriculum for Wales Relationships and Sexuality Education Code (January 2022) is mandatory RSE for learners aged 3–16. Official GOV.WALES text sets strands including relationships and identity, and committed themes including sex, gender and sexuality. That is official CSE.
