We Speak Truth Foundation is a United States 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Chris Elston (Billboard Chris) to stop pediatric medical transition, defend free speech, and protect parental rights.

What we do

• Educate

  One conversation at a time, we are educating millions about the harms of gender ideology — specifically the practice of giving children puberty blocking drugs, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries.

• Policy

  We work with lawmakers at every level to ban child transition — puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries — so kids can grow up unharmed by this medical pathway.

• Free speech

  Free speech is how parents, doctors, and citizens push back. We defend the right to speak plainly about gender ideology and child transition — without censorship, without apology.

• Parental rights

  Parents have the right to direct the education and upbringing of their children, free from government interference. We stand with parents against secret social transition, and medicalization mandated by government-backed health authorities.

Children don’t need a redesign. They need a natural childhood.
