The Republican Health Insurance Fund (RFZO) brochure “Sex change for medical reasons” requires the person to be older than 18, plus two psychiatrist letters and an endocrinologist’s confirmation of hormone treatment, before the fund will cover that pathway. That is an 18-plus restriction on sex-rejecting procedures.
