Projeto de Lei 479/XVII/1ª (CDS-PP) would prohibit the use of puberty blockers and/or hormone therapy in the treatment of gender incongruence or dysphoria in people under 18. Schools detail
Lei n.º 60/2009, published in the Diário da República on 6 August 2009, establishes mandatory educação sexual in public basic and secondary schools and in private and cooperative schools with a contrato de associação. Portaria n.º 196-A/2010 regulates that statute and sets curricular orientations by level. That is official CSE.
