Horizon’s official page says youth can self-refer to the Integrated Service Delivery Child and Youth Team, or seek a pediatrician referral. The same page says hormone therapy can be accessed through some pediatricians and endocrinologists, usually with a readiness letter. The provincial site repeats that youth pathway. Neither page names a dedicated pediatric puberty-blocker clinic or a puberty-blocker protocol.

Revised Policy 713 took effect 1 January 2025 and changed informal chosen-name and pronoun practice and family communication. The earlier parental-consent floor is not the current official rule. That is a mixed school file.
