The Health Council of the Netherlands’ 30 June 2026 advice states that puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for minors remain available after extensive diagnostic assessment.
Schools detail
Staatsblad 2012, 470 amended the national kerndoelen so that primary, lower-secondary, and special-education goals require pupils to deal respectfully with sexuality and with diversity in society, including sexual diversity. The official Rijksoverheid page states that those kerndoelen oblige schools to give attention to relational and sexual education, including sexual diversity. That is official CSE.
