Article 156 of Kazakhstan’s Code on Public Health and the Healthcare System (7 July 2020, No. 360-VI) states that persons with gender-identity disorders who have reached twenty-one years of age, and who are legally capable, except persons with specified mental or behavioural disorders, have the right to change sex. The authorised body sets the medical-examination procedure. That is a statutory age-21 floor on sex change, not a separate hormone statute. This medical cell is Restricted.
Art. 156 is an age-21 sex-change right, not an England-style blocker order. No separate GnRH ban is listed here.
