Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center’s Dana-Dwek pediatric gender clinic treats children and youth (to age 18) in the pediatric endocrinology unit. The hospital page states that treatment follows current Endocrine Society and WPATH (the main gender-clinic lobby) standards, and that hormonal treatment starts only after a mental-health diagnosis letter, medical evaluation, and guardian consent. A 2020 Endocrine Practice cohort from that Israeli pediatric clinic reported puberty blockers (GnRH analogues) and hormones of the opposite sex in under-18 patients. Ministry of Health Mental Health Division Procedure 90.01 (in force 1 January 2021) is mental-health accessibility guidance; it names hormone treatment among sex-rejecting procedures and has a minors section. Medical Administration circular 16/2014 (12 May 2014) sets an 18-plus floor for the national sex-reassignment surgery committee.
